I lived for some months in this room for rent in concepcion. Juan is one most friendliest host you can meet. Prior to my arrival, we kept in contact to ensure I could arrive safely in Concepcion. Upon arriving at Collao Terminal, he picked me up and invited me for a welcome dinner with his wife. He brought me around the entire city to recommend the good food in the city. When faced with any problems, he will always be there to help. The place is cosy. It is definitely a plus and a honour for any student to be hosted by him in this student room for rent in Concepcion.

The house ant the room for rent in concepción is amazing, after spending 5 months in this place, I can easily say this house is situated in the nicest neighborhood in Conce. The house is exactly as it seems in the pictures; nothing is extravagant but it's more than adequate. Juan lives next door and is an amazing host, extremely friendly and willing to go the extra mile to make your transition to Concepción smooth. He even went out of his way to help with informal Spanish lessons occasionally to help move along my Spanish. Truly an amazing person and a fantastic place to live; this room for rent in concepción worth every penny!

Juan is simply the most wonderful host. My bus was an hour late arriving but he had agreed to pick me up and there he was, waiting. Dropped my bag at my room and off for a quick walking tour of shops, areas I would need. The room for rent in concepción is very comfortable in a quiet area of the city, a couple of minutes walk from the university. Lovely evenings sitting outside in the garden watch the moon come up over the uni, me with a glass of wine in hand. Bliss. Stayed 6 days, enjoyed every moment, Juan has some wonderful stories to tell. Juan went out of his way to make sure I was comfortable and happy. Would return again to this room for rent in concepción if the opportunity presented itself.
